Years ago, French-born Dominick Arduin was a pioneer of mountain biking and a legendary adventurer. On a mountain bike weekend in June, we follow Dominick’s tracks through the stunning landscapes of Kiilopää and Saariselkä. During the long weekend you can drive, learn driving techniques, relax and enjoy the summer in Lapland with a group of women. Welcome to join our happy bunch of women!

Weekend programme - Saariselkä
FRIDAY
Arrival and accommodation.
16.30-18 Travel recovery smoke sauna and stream bathing
18-20 Dinner
20:00 – Midnight sun excursion to the top of Kiilopää (on foot). At the top, we toast to the midnight sun.
SATURDAY
8-10 am Breakfast
10-13 am Riding technique workshop and bike maintenance
13-15 Lunch
15-17 A short bike ride on the fells
17-20 Dinner
20:00 Body and mind maintenance session
SUNDAY
8-10 am Breakfast
10-16 am Ride day: we will cycle on Dominick’s routes in Kiilopää and Saariselkä. Two jogging options: 20-30 km and 40-50 km. A picnic lunch is included.
17-19 Dinner
21:00 Evening entertainment and pancake baking in the peat bog in Maahinen.
MONDAY
8-9 am Breakfast
9am-12pm Final walk and lunch in the countryside.
We say goodbye to the fells and head for home!
