The employee will be primarily responsible for the maintenance of rental bicycles in Helsinki. The work involves a wide range of maintenance, repair and overhaul of bikes. Your duties will also include customer service work at the rental office and, depending on your skills, some guidance work. Hours according to agreement.

- Previous experience as a bike mechanic
- Accurate and meticulous approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team and excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexibly according to changing situations
- Good language skills (Finnish, English)

Job description
The employee will primarily be responsible for the rental work in our Helsinki Haaga office. Your duties will include customer service at the bike rental shop, receiving and processing reservations, washing bikes and basic inspections, and depending on your skills, bike maintenance or guiding groups. You will work as part of a team, focusing on high customer satisfaction and quality service. Hours by agreement.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with bikes and customer service is a strong advantage
- Previous experience of mountain biking and mountain bike riding a big plus
- Accurate and meticulous approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team and excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexibly according to changing situations
- Good language skills (Finnish and English)
